"To race you have to have three layers of Nomex. So I have a two layer Nomax suit and one layer of underwear. You're required to wear gloves, a Hanse or Hutchens depending on which device you choose, a helmet and, you have to wear a receiver. A receiver is just like ear plugs, they are ear plugs you just stick them in your ears and the tower is a one way radio and the tower can talk to you through this device and they just tell you if there are yellow flags. If they say yellow, you know everyone just kind of slows down and looks for the caution and where it's at and make sure that nobody is going to get hurt, so that, you know, there are people on the track trying to get everybody situated and pushed back off , you don't want to hit anybody or injure anybody so, you just need to pay attention out there. You now, on average, you will probably have three yellow flags in a main event, at least, depending on where you are at. And yellows can last anywhere from going around ten times or going around two times. So, it's a good thing."
