"In this clip, we're going to talk about helmet and arm restraint. So, the number one is a helmet. This protects my head if I ever get in a crash and hit the bars or somebody comes into my cage or a cage collapse. You know, this helmet is protecting my eyes with the shield and it's protecting my head with this hard shield and then it's got soft shield or cover inside, it's got a strap that you put right under your chin and make sure it's really tight when you're out there. A motorcycle helmet doesn't have a shield, and they're shaped differently, so rocks get inside your neck and everything else. So, these are specially designed for sprint car, midget, open wheel racing."
