"Hi! My name is Nate McCullough on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip we are going to talk about the proper operation of your wiper blades. You can see its a nice day out here where we are at. I've got a partner with me and he is going to do the water pouring for me so you can see what it is supposed to look like; there you go. As you can notice, even when he's dumping a lot, go ahead and dump a whole bunch, that wiper blade is sweeping off the entire area of the windshield where it makes its contact at. If its got cracks or missing portion of the blade element itself, it is going to leave blank spots in the path that it travels or actually spots that are full of water. It can give you some real trouble say if you are on the highway and you happen to drive into a thunderstorm. "
