on 6/5/2009 Just a comment for those of us that happen to spill oil on our garage floor while we are changing oil....I found a new product that bioremediates oil and fuel if you happen to spill it. I always spill oil when performing this task....The product is called Oil Gone Easy Home and Driveway S-200. You can read about the product on Wiki. Oil Gone Easy has actually been used to clean up major oil spills such as the Valdez in Alaska. Finally - a green way to clean up your spills! Hope this helps.

"Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village and today we're going to teach you how to change the oil in a standard internal combustion automobile engine. Now that we have thoroughly cleaned off the oil drain plug, we're going to clean off the oil pan a little bit where the plug goes into. It's just about finished dripping so we're going to carefully put the plug back in. Many times you want to turn it to the left and feel the threads start to click in and then just simply screw that plug in till it's hand tight and then you would take your box end wrench. Put it on and then tighten it to the right and apply approximately 35 pounds of tork to it. It's pretty tight, you don't want that to fall out. So I'm going to check it again. Now that's pretty tight. Okay and then clean it up a little bit and then you're ready to get out from under the vehicle."
