"Next we are going to put the jack stands in place to make sure we are safe when we are under the vehicle while doing the oil change. You can use 6 ton jack stand, 4 ton jack stand. The lighter ones would be a little smaller. They are all suitable to do the job. You want to place these either under your frame wheel, engine cradle. Some place again that is really solid will support the weight of the vehicle and is a place that won't do any damage to the vehicle or any of the vehicle components as well. So we are just going to slide this under here. On this vehicle, there is actually a brace, structural brace that comes out on each side of the frame and that is where we are going to place our jack stand, right under there. "
