"In this clip, we're going to talk about the proper way to remove and replace worn front brake hoses on a nineteen ninety-one Ford Explorer. In this step, we're going to talk about the proper way to break loose your vehicles lug nuts. Before servicing your brake hoses, you're going to want to break the lug nuts loose. If you were to jack the vehicle up and attempt breaking them loose, your wheel will just free spin. So, you're going to leave it on the ground. The weight of the vehicle is going to hold the tire still, so we can leverage these lug nuts off. I have a four way here with the three quarter size on the lug nut. Ninety-five percent of the vehicles are either going to be a three quarter or a thirteenth-sixteenths. The four way comes with both. Lug nuts are going to break loose in the counter-clockwise direction. It doesn't matter, the order that you take them off in. And, you'll only want to break them loose. You don't want to put a whole bunch of turns on them and unscrew them a lot. You don't want the wheel to cock on the looseness you put in it, by undoing your lug nuts. So, you just get them broke free. That is the proper way to break loose your vehicles lug nuts. You would go ahead and repeat the procedure for any of the other wheels that you're going to be taking off during your break hose service."
