"In this clip we're going to talk about the proper way to flush your cooling system. In this step we're going to talk about the proper service procedure for removing our displacement hose, putting the cap back on our "T" and topping off of our cooling system and our over flow jug. I'm going to lean down here and just unscrew it. You're going to want to be as environmentally as possible. Keep a drain pan underneath it if you have one to catch any coolant that may spill. And tip your hose up and drain it off into your bucket. Then screw that down nice and tight right there, make sure it's not going to rub on anything. That's the proper way to remove that. You're going to want to fire your engine and let it run all the way until it gets to operating temperature approximately fifteen or twenty minutes. As the water pump engages and pumps coolant through the system and the thermostat opens it will burp some air out through the radiator cap. You're going to want to top it off with the engine running and go ahead and put the cap back on once you have it topped off. The cap goes on just like so and screw it down. That is the proper way to disconnect your displacement hose, top off your coolant system and reinstall your cap."
