"Hi, I'm Doug. I work with 20 great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. The next step to replacing the rear brakes is to remove the rear axles so that the rear brakes can be taken off of the rear axle housing. The first step there is to remove the differential cover so you can get to the axle. There's a clip inside the rear differential that holds the axles in the car. We're going to remove this part of the axle. It's going to come out of the end of it like this in order to get this break backing section off. In order to do that we have to get to the center where the clip is holding the axle in the car. When Mark gets that cover off, it'll take a little bit of prying to break the seal loose. But he's got the bird bath rolled underneath it there and when the oil comes out the end it'll all be clotted in the little tank there and it won't go on the floor. But the whole thing retails for 400 pounds."
