"Hi I'm Doug and I work with 20 great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Hot Rods and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. Now Andy's applying multiple coats of the purple candy to the black let down card. He using another card as a bit of masking so he's spray one coat on then move the card back a little bit, spray another coat on there, move the card back a little bit so that the card when we're done will have a multiple of thicknesses used as an example so we can say if we need one coat, two coats, three coats whatever. If you look carefully here in the light you can see how the different radiations of color turn out and he's putting some waxing grease remover on it so we can see how shiny. You can see better when the card is shiny, and we can get the different variations so we will know exactly a good match. Now let's go check it against a car and see what matches real well for us. It may not show up in the cameras real well, but it's pretty obvious that one coat isn't enough and two coats is too much. So when we do the paint work we'll do one real heavy coat."
