"In this step I'm going to demonstrate the proper service procedure for re-jacking the vehicle, removing our jack stand, settling it back to the ground and torquing our lug nuts. What we'll do is just take and push my floor jack in on the pinch weld of the vehicle and jack it up. Alright and see if that's enough to get my jack stand out and it is, I'll take and slip that out from underneath the engine cradle and we're going to slowly release the pressure. And go ahead and slide my floor jack out of the way and torque the lug nuts. The torque spec for this is approximately a hundred to a hundred and twenty five foot pounds. From experience I know what that feels like, if there's any question in your mind you can head down to your local parts store and pick up a torque wrench for this procedure. We're going to use what they call the star procedure, we're going to essentially draw a five pointed star in the method I use to torque these down. I'm going to start right here and there's one, I'm going to hop up to here, two, going to hop down to here, three and I'm going to hop over to here to number four and for the last one number five. And again that procedure went from here to here to here to here to here essentially drawing a five pointed star. That is the proper service procedure for re-jacking your vehicle, removing the jack stand, letting it settle to the ground and torquing of your vehicles lug nuts."
