"Hi I'm Doug. I work with twenty great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods, and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. Now that we've got the motor out of the car you can see the attachment points pretty easily. Here's where the motor mounts were, the transmission cross-member is back here it used to be bolted up to the car on either side. There's the battery cables that we just, we took this one off the starter, these we just cut. We're going to rewire the car for a more modern style alternator. Here's the rest of the electrical harness laid aside. Here you have one of the power steering hoses, here you have the other. We're going to keep the original power steering on the car, we're not upgrading the steering. So we'll probably leave this equipment in play."
