"In this clip were going to talk about the proper way to diagnose and repair your rear defroster grid. In this step were going to talk about the proper service procedure in order to prep the glass for our grid repair. On my particular vehicle, I've broken right here above this bolt, so I'm going have to take that out. Odds are you won't have to. So I'm going to go ahead and extract it. What you have now is a alcohol pad provided in your kit. Your going to take it and prep the service with your alcohol pad. Pull the pad out and scrub this whole area down real good to make sure we get a good seal for our repair. Alright, were going to let that dry for a few seconds and that is the proper service procedure to prep your defroster grid for repair."
