"Hi! My name is Nate McCullough on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip we are going to talk about the proper way to re-pump up the braking system when services have been performed. If you don't pump your brake pedals up, you are not going to have any brakes when you go to drive away. You don't want to pump the pedal all the way to the floor either being that may damage the vehicle's master cylinder. Pretty much nice, smooth even strokes and you will feel the pressure begin to build relatively shortly. There you go. What we've done is pump fluid through the system to compress your brake pads so they are already adjusted. Like I said if you don't do that, they are going to try and adjust themselves the first time you try and stop. Once you've got good hard solid pressure, you are all set, ready to hit the road. "
