"DOUG JENKINS: Hi. I'm Doug. I work with 20 great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods, and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. The final step with getting the radiator out is this car has an aftermarket transmission oil cooler on it. It's up front here and it's held on with these guys that press all the way through the radiator. So we've clipped those to go ahead and get the radiator out. And we can go ahead and replace these. This is an aftermarket radiator, the original brass-and-copper radiator that Ford put in the car. When we got the car, the radiator had small leaks in it, and aluminum is a more acceptable upgrade to the radiator. They're lighter and cool better--the modern designs cool better. So we upgraded to this aluminum radiator. He's going to drain just the last little bit of coolant out so it doesn't dribble all over the place when we go to store it. And then those little ties will come out of the transmission cooler."
