"Hi, I'm Doug. I work with twenty great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkin's Custom Hot Rods, and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. Now Alex is going to do original looking trunk paint. This serves a couple of different purposes. The finish we put inside the trunk does a number of things. Really, most importantly, it looks good. This kind of a finish has a nice look, and it's real affordable. It gives you back something that everyone wants to look at, rather than a bunch of seam sealer and welding. One of the other reasons we put it in there, it's sound deadening. The thicker and heavier everything gets, the quieter a car is. And, it also protects everything from rust, and dirt. It makes it easier to clean out the trunk. These things are readily available. There's a bunch of different manufacturers of them, just make sure you get good quality stuff when you do it. "
