"Hi, I'm Mark Blocker on behalf of Expert Village and in this segment we're going to cover installing a lens cover for the interior dome light. Prior to installing the lens cover, we're going to take a small amount of Vaseline or petroleum jelly on my finger and put a light application on each one of the clips so that ensures the plastic cover slides back in real good and clips into place without damaging it. It will also make it easier for it to snap out when you put it back on. If you'll notice, there's a switch on one side of the light, and a hole in the lens for that switch so we want to make sure that we've got the light at the switch end; everything lines up correctly. Put it in place; make sure everything lines up and gently snap it back into position, checking all four corners are seated correctly and tight. Please watch our next segment on removing and replacing the lens cover and maintenance/cleaning of the light assembly for the front door."
