"Hi, this is John on behalf of Expertvillage.com. In this video clip I will be showing you the procedures for cleaning your spark plugs. Now typically you would replace your spark plugs, but if you want to save a little money, what you can do is just clean them and put them back in your engine if after you have inspected them, they seem to be all right. The easiest procedure for cleaning them is to take a wire brush in your spark plug and make sure you clean the threads on the spark plug, you clean all the other components of the spark plug with your wire brush. Once you have cleaned your spark plug with the wire brush what you want to do is take some brake parts cleaner and spray a little bit on the spark plug just to clean any dirt and debris that may be left on the threads or any other part of it.
