"Hi, I'm Doug, I work with 20 great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. A couple of other things that are good to inspect when you have the car up in the air; Dave is going around with a flashlight, he's looking at the tie rod ends, he's looking at the CV boots, he's looking at the brake hoses. You want to poke around in here and just make sure things look right. You don't have to be an expert mechanic to see something that is badly damaged. So look at the brake hose there, that's what Dave is pointing out and now he's checking out the tie rod ends. Pretty simple stuff, there's the ABS sensor. If you see things that are torn up, they probably need attention. So, Dave is just being a good guy here and checking it out. Check the CV boots, the Subaru has its 4 wheel drive, so you have 4 axles, 2 boots each, there's lots of opportunity for mayhem there. Look around at the transmission, see if you see any leaking. Dave is making sure there is no wovel here, no bearing issues, that the brakes look sound to him. Checking out the other CV boots. preventive maintenance. "
