Now, in this clip we are going to concentrate on the head, the skull, and the neck area to do the examination. Now, it's best to look at your skull all over use a comb to help you divide your the hair so that you can really look at the skull and a hand held mirror. If you find this is very difficult to do then it's good to also ask a friend or a significant other or a relative to help you to help you check the whole of your skull for any lesions or changes that you might note. The next thing to do is to look at your face using the mirror and also check behind areas, behind you ears and your nose and also all around your neck because sometimes skin cancer can present in the neck region. So look around use the mirror just move it around and check; and then not and jot any changes that you have, might be suspicious they could be some early forms of skin cancer.
