How to Command a Bird Dog to Fetch

"Hi. My name is Charlie Labarda. I'm here with Expert Village. We're here to show you how to hunt with bird dogs. We are going to talk about retrieving and pointing. "Whoa". You notice my dog pointed on a "chuckabird" and I'm going to show you and talk about retrieving. He's going to stay there until I flush the bird and shoot the bird. Then he will bring the bird back to us. "Whoa, Whoa". So you notice, I got my glasses on, I'll put my earplug on. I give my dog a command, "whoa, whoa, whoa", and I will kick the bird up, "whoa, shh, shh, whoa", (shot, shot). At this moment, I have missed the bird.
