"Hi. My name is Charlie Labarda. I am here with Expert Village. We're here to show you how to hunt with bird dogs. At this time, we're going to talk about hunting with two dogs, our control dog and Honor. So we are going to lead them to the bird, where they are. I am going to call them up. They are now hunting, so they are out there. I'll call them (whistle, whistle). Notice, I blew two whistles? That means "come", and here they come, they are approaching the bird. "Whoa, whoa, easy, so they're looking, "whoa, whoa". You notice the white dog, "whoa, Maggie, whoa". You notice the white dog, honoring. That means she stayed back. She won't have to move up. She's looking at the other dog, "Honor, whoa, Maggie". Sometimes they will move up a little bit, just to look. This is called hunting with two dogs. "Whoa", when I say "whoa", they should stop, "whoa", and now they're stopping. That's a whoa command. "Whoa", I'll put my hands out, palms out, and just tell them not to move. "Whoa", you will notice how they pick up their front leg that is a good point. "Whoa", secure the command again, let them know what you want them to do. "Whoa", and this is how you hunt with two dogs."
