Instructions

Step 1
Heat seal the endsHeat seal the ends of both pieces of ribbon. Lightly and evenly coat the backside of the ribbon with fabric glue.

Step 2
insert the glue coated ribbonOpen the alligator clip and insert the glue coated ribbon so it is sticking to the top of the inside of the alligator clip.

Step 3
Carefully wrap the ribbonCarefully wrap the ribbon around the top of the alligator clip making sure the edges of the ribbon are even and the glue is pressed together.

Step 4
Press the ribbonPress the ribbon inside the hinge.

Step 5
Press the final small piece on the bottom of the alligator clip. You may want to brace the ends with additional alligator clips until the glue is dry.

Step 6
Coat the backCoat the back of the small piece of velvet with fabric glue.

Step 7
place the velvet ribbonCarefully place the velvet ribbon inside the top of the alligator clip.
