  1. Step 1
    Tools -> Clear Private Data
    Tools -> Clear Private Data

    On the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data (or press Ctrl-Shift-Del).

  2. Step 2

    Select the types of cache to clear, and then click Clear Private Data Now.

  3. Step 3

    Close all open browsers.
