Step 1
Tools -> Delete Browsing HistoryOn the Tools menu, click Delete Browsing History

Step 2
Delete Browsing History screenIn the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete files, and then click Yes.
In the Cookies section, click Delete Cookies, and then click Yes.
In the History section, click Delete History, and then click Yes. -
Step 3
Click Close.

Step 4
Close all browser windows.

on 11/9/2008 Aside from showing it on the Tips & Warnings section, you may want to incorporate the usage of Delete All. Maybe after the closing of the browser, "And to delete everything cached by your browser...". Great video flow and proper usage of zooming into necessary areas.
