Ice Cream Maker

Some Freezer Space

3 Cups Heavy Cream

1 Cup Half and Half

3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

1 Tb. Vanilla Extract (the real stuff)

Step1
Place your ice cream machine in the freezer overnight. Freezing the machine for a couple of day ahead of time works best, however overnight should be sufficient. This will ensure the best possible temperature for the ice cream to form.
Step2
* 3 Cups Heavy Cream
* 1 Cup Half and Half
* 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
* 1 Tb. Vanilla Extract (the real stuff)
* 1 Egg
Add the ingredients listed above to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Step3
Yummy!
Transfer ingredients from the blender to the ice cream machine and follow directions for your specific machine. Some models can have a batch of ice cream ready to eat in 1-2 hours, some more time, some less.
Step4
Transfer ice cream from the machine to an air-tight, freezer safe container, and freeze overnight.
Step5
A tasty treat!
