How to put in a lip ring

Well be sure that if you are replacing your lip ring for the first time to be careful removing the ring. You don't want to force it out. Do it gently. Also be sure to have a clean ring to replace the old one with. I would recommend buying your ring from the same place you got your lip pierced. Be sure to stick with the guidelines as to when you can first change your ring. The hole does close up fast so you need to be quick , and calm about it. If you cannot get the new ring in I would suggest placing the old ring back in and finding a better ring to replace it with. Also make sure you get the right size lip ring, you don't want something that is to short or too long. You do not want the backing to rub-up against the enamel of your teeth.
