stand naturally with feet, two fists width apart and toes slightly stretching outward, straighten the back with arms hanging naturally, look forward.

in front of the chest, bend elbows, make palms approach each other with palm centers inward at the level of Tanzhong acupoint(right in the middle of the chest)as if holding aball, look straight, and focus your attention on palms.

By the way, are u a practicer of Penis Qigong? I dare not follow the tutorials on qigongpenis.com, coz i'm afraid of being hurt.
