" Hi I’m Daniel Keeper owner and operator of Zoo Keeper Exotic Pets in Austin, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village.com; today we will be talking about some exotic pets. Who doesn’t love a Ferret. Ferrets are of course playful and fun to be with. Some of the good things about ferrets is that they do poop in a cat litter pan which a lot of animals can’t claim that. They are eternally playful. They always act like a puppy even when they get older and ferrets will live 5 to 10 years old. You can feed them anything from a high quality cat food to a diet specifically for ferret's. They love to steal things and they will come out and find shiny things. They will take your socks and hide them under the couch so you have to be right type of person for a ferret and have a sense of adventure. They can be kept at room temperature. Most people keep ferrets in a fairly large cage and keep them in a house. When you come home, you let them loose and let them have fun. "
