How to Care for an Australian Frilled Dragon

" Hi I’m Daniel Keeper owner and operator of Zoo Keeper Exotic Pets in Austin, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village.com; today we are going to be talking about some exotic pets. In particular we have the Australian or New Guinea Field Dragon. These guys come from the deserts of both of those places. They spend lots of time basking in the sun and they have some neat features to them. This one that most people are familiar with is the big frill that they hold out. People have seen Jurassic Park and that is what the movie people have borrowed from this animal and that dinosaur scene. They hold this frill out to warn predators to get back. It makes himself to look larger and they try to bluff potential predators. Also they use some of this to help dissipate some heat in the sun. These guys love to eat bugs in the wild and another feature that they have is that they can walk or run bi-pedal up on their back feet."
