"Hi I’m Carolyn and I’m going to demonstrate how to take care of a little kitten. This is kitten chow and you should not except in an emergency give a kitten canned food. If he is not eating at all, then you do. You put some warm water in it in the dry kitten chow and then drain out the excess water and you are going to let it set until it is soft and that is the best kitten food that there is. On the food whenever you start your little kitten off on, is what you should keep him on until he is about 3 or 4 months old. If you change it around, the kitten will get diarrhea and all that but just remember that the better the food - what goes in comes out. It seems like the better the food the litter box does not get full that fast. If you get a food with a lot of filler in it, they will go to the bathroom more often. "
