"Hi! I am Dr. Adrienne Mulligan and on behalf of expertvillage.com we are going to go over a few things that you can use to exercise your cat with light. A lot of cats will chase lights that they see on the floor and sometimes that can be sunlight and that the dust they will see coming down through the sunlight. And sometimes you can hang prisms or those nicely cut glass in your windows, so that they reflect and as they spin they can reflect light onto the floor and cats will chase that. And then other forms of that are using laser pointers that make the little red dot and a lot of animals really enjoy chasing that and you can really make that go all around the room and cats will chase that. Other things are reflections off your watch and some times that is just accidental. And so if you have lots of lights on in your house and you are wearing a nice watch you could do that or with the mirror you could reflect some light. "
