"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show how to use chopsticks today. You can actually use some danish snacks, not necessarily Asian food. When you try picking up stuff with your chopsticks, here on my table I have 2 samples of snacks, 1 is like regular corn chips, the other 1 is a piece of of popcorn. As you can see it's relatively easy to pick up the food. You can just imagine your chopsticks are the extension of your finger tips, you just hold as you reach to the food you just concentrate at the tip of your chopsticks to the food and then close it and usually that you can pick it up the food relatively easy. And you can practice it to pick up to one plate to the other because usually the snack is dry and they are kind of hard in shape, it's relatively easy to pick them up and it will give confidence and move the whole dish to one plate to the other. Also same thing with popcorn because it's irregular shape its also relatively easier to pickup."
