Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to use chopsticks today. Once you have hold your chopsticks in the right position the way to move it usually is to try to move the chopsticks on the top to touch the bottom when you hold your chopsticks in your hand in the right position. The way to move your chopsticks to open and close is to use your index finger and you middle finger and then guide your top chopsticks towards the bottom one and we will try to keep all the other fingers in stationary position. As I say before this part the lower part chopsticks we try not actually to move it and we just want to make the top chopsticks to try to touch the bottom and just keep everything stationary. We try to make our hands sort of like a 4 sap the pinky and ring finger sort of guide the bottom chopsticks to close to get as your hands move in general."
