"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf Expert Village, I going to show how to use chopstick today. Chopsticks is a eating utensil originate in China and you can see other people in Asian country no matter China, Japan, or South Asian country. We all use chopsticks as our main eating utensils and here on our table we have different kinds of chopsticks as you can see they're in different shapes and size some of them are round, and pointy, some of them are square and is not as pointy as if the previous ones and some of them are more round, skinny as the last one you can see is the very common instant chopsticks we see in most Japanese, sushi restaurants. For beginners when we want to learn how to use chopsticks I usually recommend using the one that is thicker, and less pointy because when they are longer, thicker, usually is easier to adjust to our hands and also they edges on the chopsticks will help us actually help us to find the right spot to holding the chopstick. And if you are trying to learn the same technique at the first place with the smaller pointer chopsticks it may actually more difficult to find the right position of the chopstick. And also because the size of the chopsticks is small and most people will feel fatigue from the hands and fingers after while. I know some people will try to use the chopsticks with the rubber band at the end the so called easier to use before but actually those kind of chopsticks usually really completely different from the way to use the chopsticks are really don't recommended those kind of chopsticks."
