"Okay, now it's time to eat, eat, taste and eat this delicious soup. Did you want to come in and get a good look at this? This is one of the best batches I've ever made. Let me get this thing off me. Look at that. Okay and the seasoning is perfect, it looks gorgeous, I have a nice beautiful bowl, here. And the sweet and sour cabbage Borscht. And, like we said, we want to put a little dollop of sour cream on there, like so, and sprinkle with our herb mixture, like so. And then I'll do the fun part of tasting. Careful, it's very hot. What a great way to start a meal, or just have a snack for lunch, this with a piece of bread is just fantastic. And this is Borscht. I want to thank you again for coming to expertvillage.com. It's been my pleasure, Chef Schmuell, to show you how to make authentic Borscht just the way my grandmother use to make it for me when I was a kid. I hope to see you next time. Thanks so much."
