"Here we have our beautiful sautéed onions and we're ready to add our shredded vegetables and here we go we are pouring in the carrots, the beets, and the parsnips, they go in there. Isn't that incredibly beautiful, the color, the oranges, the reds and the whites. You also need to add some tomato paste to that, here we go. Yum, yum, yum. We'll stir that well. You will see that there is some moisture coming out of the carrots now and we'll stir this mixture really well. We are going to cover it and cook it for about seven to ten minutes. Woo hoo, there we go. We have got it covered, seven to ten minutes and we're going to put it in the rest of the soup."
