"Now we are going to start to cook a little bit of this stuff. We are going to use two quarts of vegetable stock and I've already cheated and I have put it in here so it is boiling but this is so easy to find at the supermarket. There is all different flavors and brands, organics and they are all delicious. If you want to too you can use more or less, add some water, water it down. So this has been boiling and we are going to put our potatoes and cabbage into two quarts of boiling vegetable stock like so. We just get the rest of this into the pot and we stir that up and then we're going to bring that temperature down to a simmer and we are going to simmer it for about fifteen minutes and it's that simple, keep clicking."
