"And continuing on now we are going to shred the cabbage the same way. Turn it on and just stick these pieces in. There we go. Use the plunger, works really well. Just keep shredding away. With this too, you could certainly cut this easily enough with a knife and just make nice fine slices but it is not as much fun as using a food processor and watching food fly around. That's half the fun. Cabbage, nice even shred, look at that, right into the bowl. Follow me to the stove and we're going to start cooking this up."
