"Ok, now we're going to shred the potatoes and the cabbage to go in the soup. And here I have the food processor set up with the shredding blade. If you don't have a food processor but maybe you can use a grater which works just as well. Or if you don't either you can certainly dice every thing into very small pieces. This is just a time saving step and here we go. We're going to start shredding potatoes. Here we go. It's really easy and it goes real fast. It takes two seconds. I think we're going to be able to do it all in about ten seconds. Ten seconds worth of potato shredding here. Really easy and fun. It's also a good way if you want to make potato pancakes, you do this the same way. Ok. Could that be any easier? I don't think so. And then we just take these out. And see we have these beautiful even shreds of potato. Like so, we're just going to put these in the bowl, because we've got some more shredding to do. We're going to shred some cabbage."
