Video Transcript

"We are making Borscht and the first thing we are going to start with are our potatoes. You just need two potatoes, you just need a pound. Each potato weighs about a half a pound and you want to rinse them and peel them, using our peeler, you just push away and see how the skin falls right off. Now also depending on what type of potatoes, these are large Russet potatoes. Some potatoes that you use might have those little eyes and that is why it comes with this little bit here that you can then poke out and take out any potato eye. This potato has very few eyes. It is a blind potato so we're just going to peel them and then after it is peeled, we're going to shred it so keep clicking and we are going to show you how to shred."
