"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook vegetable tempura. Here are the ingredients for the dipping sauce. We need 1-8 ounces of Japanese dry tuna. We need around 4-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, we also need 2-3 tablespoon of sugar. First of all, we would put the dry tuna on our sauce pan. We would add half a cup of water. Let it bubble gently; don't over boil it otherwise the fishy taste would come out of the tuna. Then string off the tuna we just want the stock. Put the stock back to the sauce pan and then we would add the soy sauce and the sugar. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes and you can taste it when it is the nice taste that we are looking for put it into a dish. Add more sesame seeds and your sauce is ready."
