"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show how to cook vegetable tempura. So first we would put the carrots strips and garlic chives into a bowl. Then we would drop a couple of tablespoons into the batter into the bowl. Then we would give a gentle toss so that the batter is mixed with the carrot and the garlic chives. Before we fry the second batch, make sure we clean off all those little batter bits from the oil. Then we would add the Nori into the batter mixture. Give it one final toss, then we would drop it one drop at a time. So again around 2 minutes later we would flip the vegetables batter. As you can see, they are very fluffy, very light so be gentle with them and that is also we add more oils. When the batter is done, just put them on the rack. As you can see, the oil is dripping down so everything stays crispy."
