"Hello my name is Hui and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show how to cook vegetable tempura. So we would turn up the heat to around medium high. We would fill our Chinese style wok or any kind of pot that you can find with 4-6 cups of oil. We don't want to have to little oil in the wok or pan cause we need the ventilation of the oil. Then we would set up a baking dish with a rack so that when we have the food ready, we would just leave this combination on the sides of the stove. As you can see the wok is next to the rack and baking sheet combination. "
