"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook vegetable tempura. For the carrots just like the sweet potatoes, we would peel the outer skin off the carrots first. The skin of the carrots they are usually dirty and tough. So we would cut off again the head and the tail of the carrots. First we would cut the carrots into wedges around 2 inch in length. Then we would hold each wedges in the up right position and then we would slice them into thinly slice. After we have the slices, we would Julienne the slices into even thinner strips so we would have very fine carrot strips just like this."
