"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook vegetable tempura. To cut the onions again we would chop off the head. The bottom part of the onion first. We would leave the skin of the onion on when we cut them in slice because we want to keep th onions in a regular circular shape. Sort of like the sweet potatoes that you see next to the picture. If we peel it off usually the onions have the tendency to fall into different you know rings. That is not something that we want and if we peel the skin after we slice them the onion slice should look in tact. They would still keep in one piece when we fry them."
