"Another key ingredient in all Meditararian foods is garlic and this is a bulb of garlic an entire bulb we want to separate it into cubes to cloves rather and then we need to peel it so. Just kind of use a little of brute strength to peel the bulbs apart you can separate these are nice big cloves and depending of what variety of garlic you get they'll be all different sizes of gloves. Now we just need one for this recipe but we're going to be but we're also making another dish that uses garlic so we're going to be cleaning a few more garlic cloves than one. This is your essential garlic peeling tool in the kitchen it's made out of just simple piece of rubber, you can probably make something like this yourself. But it's available for just a few dollars at any housewares store kitchen gadgets that sort of thing. And what you do is you take a garlic clove and put it inside and you apply some pressure and roll and it comes out look at that the peel just comes right off. I'll show you that again you insert the clove you roll and it loosens the skin it just peels right off. Now one thing you want to be sure to is after you do all of your cloves you want to cut off the little end here cause that can be a little of a bitter taste to your cooking. That just looks prettier not to have that dried end thats how you do garlic. (can you do some more cutting on the edges sir on the edges) sure let me get not enough pressure."
