"Hi, I'm Greg from Expert Village and today we are going to make Greek gyro sandwiches. Gyro are ridiculously easy and quick to make and they are a fantastic alternative to the usual sandwich that we have for lunch. Some variations on the recipe would be to use beef or chicken instead of the pork that we use. If you are feeling adventurous, you can use lamb which is what the original restaurant recipe uses. Something that people like to do is add chili paste to the meat to give a bit of a bite as well as adding some grated cheese to the sandwiches it self. When make tzatziki sauce if you don't have a grater that has very small hole, just buy a English cucumber which does not have seeds at all. If you want to add a little zip to your tzatziki sauce, add some fresh yellow weed to it before you put it in the fridge. Remember the longer you can leave things to marinade the stronger the flavor is going to be."
