"Hi, I'm Greg from Expert Village and today we are going to make Greek gyro sandwiches. Now with the pork, the idea is to slice it as thinly as possible so it does not take any time at all to cook. You want to put the meat into a bowl along with our paprika and our oregano. Some salt and pepper and a splash of vinegar and mix that up. Once it is completely mixed, wrap it up in some plastic and put it in the fridge for a half a hour to marinade."
