"Hi, I'm Greg from Expert Village and today we are going to make Greek gyro sandwiches. We would start with the garlic. You want to mince it up as finely as possible. Thinly slice the onion. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Take the cucumber and get rid of all the skin. Then run it along a grater with small holes. The reason we use a grater with small holes is that way the seeds can not pass through. We are just left with a nice smooth cucumber paste."
