" Hi my name is Greg Goldberg I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and you can check us out a www.minettis.com. Today we are going to be talking about the chicken Alfredo pizza, specifically how to finish the Béchamel into the Alfredo. Over here, we have the Béchamel started, which is the wroth plus the cream and we cooked it to a nice kind of gloopy consistency. What we are going to do from here is we are going to add our seasoning. A little of salt, put a little bit of pepper. If you want you can even use white pepper right here. Now, be careful when you are adding white pepper. Some people don't realize this but it is actual stronger then black pepper is. Give that a nice stirring there. We are going to add some more garlic. You can never go wrong with adding garlic. It looks like a little bit of cream to thin that out. Normally, when I would make an Alfredo I would add Parmesan or Romano cheese to that. In this case, I'm going to add directly to the pizza. For our purposes today, that is going to be our Alfredo."
